The tournament has a familiar format with Group Stage, Play-In, and Playoffs. In the Group Stage, teams are divided into two groups of five with the Round Robin best-of-one series. Top two teams in each group advance to the Playoffs Semifinals. Third and fourth places advance to the Play-In stage. And the last team, which showed weaker results, will be eliminated from the tournament. The Play-In stage has two best-of-three series, where winners will advance to Playoffs Lower Bracket Round 1, and the losing team will be eliminated. Six remaining teams will compete in the Double Elimination Bracket during the Playoffs stage. All matches are best-of-three with best-of-five Grand Final. Ten popular and strongest Dota 2 teams will compete in Dubai for a prize and unforgettable battles: Nigma Galaxy, Team Spirit, Team Secret, TSM FTX, Fnatic, Nigma Galaxy SEA, Virtus.pro, OG Esports, BOOM Esports, and Tundra Esports. The money prize for the tournament is $272,000 (dh1,000,000). It will be distributed among teams as follows: 1st place — $108,800 (dh400,000), 2nd place — $54,400 (dh200,000), 3rd place — $32,640 (dh120,000), 4th place — $21,760 (dh80,000), 5th-6th places — $13,600 (dh50,000) each team, 7th-8th places — $8,160 (dh30,000) each team, 9th-10th places — $5,440 (dh20,000) each team.
