Последнее дополнение для Hollow Knight выйдет уже 23 августа!

Judging by the trailer released a few days ago, the incredible metroidvania Hollow Knight will get new and last update on August 23. It’s worth noting the update will be completely free, just as all its previous DLCs.

Devs pointed out that the update will be the biggest in the history of the game. We will see new bosses, soundtrack, quests and NPCs. At the same time, the publisher will release a new OST album which was used in all 4 expansions.

Music for Hollow Knight was written and composed by a young but already accomplished composer Charles Larkin. What’s interesting, he did that absolutely free of charge. Isn’t that a reason to support his album at Bandcamp, iTunes and Spotify? Steam users can purchase the album for $4.99.

Mind you, the game is evenly and highly praised by both players and critics.

For instance, Destructoid gave the game 10/10 rating thinking “It isn't perfect, since nothing is, but came as close as you could get in a given genre. The new leader to beat”. While PC Gamer magazine rated it 92 out of 100 calling Hollow Knight the new classic of the metroidvania genre. The game also won “The Best Platformer” nomination in 2017.
