Представляем участников WePlay Dragon Temple по Mortal Kombat 11

The Emperor of the Outworld, Shao Khan, has scoured the earth for the greatest Kombatants to ever exist to kompete in the WePlay Dragon Temple tournament. We have the dates, we have the prize pool, and hype is building as we wonder what’s in store for us in what promises to be a competition full of drama and sweet, bloody gore.

But who are the chosen ones? Who are these great warriors who will venture into the Temple of the Dragon to fight and potentially become the ultimate kombatant? We have a profile on every one of them, and none of the names should be unfamiliar. However, it will be in poor form not to introduce the players who are brave enough to display their skills for the world to see.

Let’s get kracking!

Foxy Grampa

Country- United Kingdom

Foxy Grampa is a player that most MK fans are quite familiar with. He has been around the tournament circuit for a good long while, winning the Combo Breaker 2016 tournament in Mortal Kombat X. He has also been a mainstay in many Evo tournaments, only narrowly losing out to Sonic Fox in 2015. His Kung Lao is famous, and after a strong 2019 where he won the Reflect, Revolver, and VSFighting tournaments, he is poised to make history again in 2020. You can find him on Twitter and Twitch.

Konqueror

Country- Brazil

Konqueror249 is a Mortal Kombat 11 player that hails from Brazil. His Sub-Zero skills are incredibly impressive, and with some pretty remarkable results behind him, he joins this pantheon of warriors with a hunger to win. He is the titleholder for the Liga Latina MK11 2019-20 and a TRETA champion from 2019. His previous achievements further prove that he more than deserves a place in the Dragon Temple. He also deserves a follow; check him out on Twitter.

Tekken Master

Country- Bahrain

Tekken Master is one of the most versatile players in the world. Well-versed in Mortal Kombat, Injustice, and Tekken 7, he is an intense competitor who has an iron will to win. He came really close to winning Evo 2016 only to be thwarted by (you guessed it) SonicFox, but he has placed really well in subsequent tournaments, including the Brasil Game Show 2019, where he took home first place. He is currently representing NASR esports, and you can check out his Twitter here.

Tekken Master

Asodimazze

Country- Italy

Asodimazze is an Italian Mortal Kombat kompetitor who, believe it or not, is also a lawyer. Well, that shouldn’t be so surprising as gamers come from all walks of life. Asodimazze is a passionate gamer and dabbles in Injustice 2 and Soul Calibur VI when he isn’t grinding Mortal Kombat. His remarkable run in the 2019 Mortal Kombat Pro Kompetition Online Cup - Europe, where he took first place, was something to remember. You can read his excellent interview with DashFight here.

Grr

Country- United States of America

Grr hails from the United States and is a proud representative of New York. His kompetitive history is relatively recent, but he has done some good work in MK11, including a couple of pretty good placements at Konsole Kombat II and Kumite in Tennessee. He also represents Dynamik Focus and is a Twitch partner.

Grr

Dubasik

Country- Russia

Dubasik is relatively new to the scene of competitive fighting games, but he has had something of an impressive run over the last two years. He debuted at 2018 Moscow Fighting Arena, performed really well at the 2019 edition of Celtic Throwdown, finishing the competition in 13th place and has competed in Lockdown Throwdown, Saint Punch 2018, vienniality 2019, Russian Reversal 2019, and Interkontinental Kombat EU East 2019. He has a Twitch channel, which you can check out here, and his Twitter is here.

Hayatei

Country- Canada

Hayatei hails from Canada and represents Panda Global. Hayatei is an incredible player that mostly dabbles in NRS games, including Injustice, where he mains Robin. For Mortal Kombat 11, he has a couple of important finishes in his career, so far, most notably, viennality 2k19, where he took first place, beating out Tekken Master to win the title. You can find him on Twitter and Twitch.

Hayatei

Infinitii

Country- United States of America

Infinitii is a verified goddess of the FGC and an impressive Mortal Kombat kompetitor. While young in the competitive scene, she has been a fan of fighting games for a long time. She is a Sonya main (well, with Mileena out, she may be switching allegiances) who has been to Evo and has placed decently in several other competitions, including Youmacon Battle Opera and Battle for the East. When she’s not kicking ass, she’s also an accomplished kosplayer and an important figure in the FGC, involving herself with KunoichiCGL, which seeks to promote and highlight women in gaming. You can catch her on Twitch and follow her on Twitter.

ForeverKing

Country- United States of America

The King that reigns forever. ForeverKing is a kompetitive fighting game player who has been around for ages. He burst onto the scene way back at Evo 2012, finishing 5th in MK9. Since then, he has graced several other competitions, finishing 2nd at DreamHack Atlanta 2019 (a competition he won in 2017 in Injustice 2). Additionally, he’s a fitness buff and anime fan. You can find him on Twitter

DizzyTT

Country- United Kingdom

DizzyTT is a fierce kompetitor and represents Console Gaming League. He came to recognition in stunning fashion by taking first place at VSFighting 2018 and Stunfest 2019. While he hasn’t won any other major tournaments since then, he did take 2nd Place at Brazil Game Show and Ultimate Fighting Arena (both 2019) and placed really well at DreamHack Montreal and Celtic Throwdown 2019. He can be found on Twitter and Twitch.

DizzyTT

2ez

Country- United States of America

2eZ is easily one of the hardest grinders in the FGC. The Washington native is always chasing victory and has entered into various kompetitions over the last couple of years. He was the winner of The Pinnacle 2019: MK11 and has placed really well in various tournaments. Adept at using Sub-Zero, Scorpion, and Shang Tsung, 2ez is sure to bring his intensity to Dragon Temple. You can see more of him on his Twitter and Twitch.

2ez

Avirk

Country- Canada

Avirk, otherwise known as AVirk13, is easily one of the best Scorpion players I have ever set my eyes on. While he hasn’t been in the scene for too long, his proficiency with Hanzo Hasashi is well-known. He has competed in several online tournaments, and a major tournament such as Dragon Temple is an excellent opportunity for him to grow his legend. You can check him out on Twitch.

MK_Azerbaijan

Country- Azerbaijan

The name says it all! MK_Azerbaijan is an Azerbaijani Mortal Kombat player that represents Mystery Esports. Since bursting onto the scene in 2019, he has regularly placed decently in tournaments. For instance, he placed 5th at the Console Combat Online: MK11 Aftermath, and 7th at 2019 Mortal Kombat Pro Kompetition Online Cup - Europe. Also known as Lord Yujiro MKAZ, Azerbaijan is a huge anime fan and counts Baki the Grappler as one of his favorite anime. This is slightly disappointing as he doesn’t use any grappler characters in MK11 (I kid). Instead, you can find him using characters like Liu Kang, Shang Tsung, and, more recently, Rain. You can check MK_Azerbaijan on Twitter.

Hadoken

Country- Ukraine

Hadoken is one of the new kids on the block that people need to look out for. Making his first kompetitive outing in 2019, he entered into the Mortal Kombat X: MK11 Copy Tournament Give Away online event and placed 65th out of 124 kontestants. At this point, people had started to take notice, and later that year, he took part in the Mortal Kombat Pro Kompetition Online Cup - Europe. Interestingly, he also plays some Tekken 7 and is pretty decent at it. You can find him on Twitch and Instagram.

Hadoken

And there you have it! You’re 14 kombatants for WePlay Dragon Temple. Who do you think will hoist the trophy?

Be sure to tune in or listen in on December 10-13 to see if your favorite player takes home the gold!
