ESPN Esports journalist Tyler Erzberger reported, with reference to the sources close to the portal, that the professional American esports player Nicholas "nitr0" Canella is transferring from CS:GO to VALORANT.
Nitr0 left Team Liquid from CS:GO last week and was replaced by former Triumph member Michael "Grim" Wince, who is considered to be a very promising talent. During the five years spent in the lines of the Liquids, the American triumphed in various tournaments and even won an incredibly prestigious IEM Grand Slam in 2019.
Nitr0 has already received several proposals from North American organizations related to VALORANT, sources inform. The player has been reported to be aiming to get to the starting lineup at once.
In case the rumor about his transition to the tactical shooter from Riot Games is confirmed, Canella will become the most advanced player who has changed the discipline.
