Bungie скоро представят «новую эру Destiny 2»

Bungie community lead, David “Deej” Dague, takes to their blog to update information on the Season of Opulence. With its release on June 4th, full patch notes will be provided same day to give players a deeper insight into all that's coming. The post also highlighted how the weekly grind would be changed up and the improvements they are making to the Eververse store.

The new season will also kick start the first race for the Crown of Sorrow raid, but the weapons Service Revolver and Last Perdition will be removed due to an issue that should be patched in a future update. Those that have them unlocked already will continue getting them as random drops.

He stressed how their focus, for the time being, was on Opulence but once launched, they would begin to share their plans for the future of Destiny 2 with the community. After all, this a new chapter for Bungie now that they have parted ways with Activision. The game could quite possibly be leaving BattleNet due to the split, though Blizzard had previously announced that this would not be the case.

Bungie’s future might just be as unpredictable as the world of Destiny 2, but it is an adventure they are adamant about seeing through alongside their players.
