The CS:GO B Site League has announced six signed teams to debut with the league in Los Angeles in March 2020, according to a report from ESPN. The B Site League has created much discussion in competitive CS:GO this year. ESL, a large tournament organizer for CS:GO, has found themselves in tough competition with B Site. ESL has announced many changes to its league structure, teams invited to the league, and a partnership with the Counter-Strike Professional Players' Association (CSPPA) to sign the top teams.
B Site rumors became more prevalent towards the end of 2019. Cloud9 and MIBR are the teams that have been stated as the teams who created the league. These rumors have been confirmed more and more in recent weeks by statements from Cloud9 President Dan Fiden and now the release of the teams that will be a part of the new league.
Each team that commits to B Site league will have to fork over a $2 million fee, but will have partial ownership in the league and revenue sharing. It was also stated by Dan Fiden that teams in B Site would have to pay up to $100,000 a month for each month their team isn't in the top 20 worldwide rankings.
Due to their signing with B Site, these six teams will be unable to compete in the ESL Pro League Season 11:
