Wubby to sub for Team Spartanien at Fragbite Masters

Team Spartanien's flex player Nils "Nurok" Gebhardt has confirmed that Jonathan "Wubby" Gunnarsson will fill in at the support position until tryouts for the roster spot can be completed.

Earlier this week, Team Spartanien announced that support player Raoul "Gerdamherd" Saurbier had left the team, but it wasn't immediately clear who would take his place at the upcoming Fragbite Masters tournament.

Spartanien's current roster is composed of the former members of Team ALTERNATE Fancy, which they acquired at the end of September. Gerdamherd joined the team with Nurok at the beginning of September.

The European roster shuffle is now in full swing as several major teams are in the middle of major rebuilds, including long-time European powerhouse Team Liquid, who are still seeking a support.

Gerdamherd had reportedly received "several very interesting offers from top teams," according to a Team Spartanien Facebook post about his departure.

As one of Europe's top support players, it would certainly make sense for Liquid to pursue Gerdamherd, but viewers will be able to find out for themselves when the new roster makes its debut tomorrow.
