As you already know, WePlay! launches a charity tournament to raise funds to fight COVID-19. We proudly announced the participation of several world-class teams including OG, but this is not a complete list of possible crews in the battle for recovery!
So, here they are — WeSave! Charity Play newcomers — FURIA Esports (South America), CR4ZY (North America) and Natus Vincere (CIS).
I guess Brazil was a bit slow to take the measures to prevent COVID-19 to spread a lot, but we will see it in the future. The good part is that now most people are aware and finally started doing work from home, avoiding crowds etc. Hopefully, we will be fine soon. We accepted to participate because it is a really good cause, in Furia we are trying to do our best to raise awareness and help with this cause. Also, the tournament comes from one of the most respected T.O in the scene, we have played WePlay! LAN and have only good things to say about. So we expect another tournament with amazing production and that the public will love it, so will be a pleasure to be part of it.

WeSave! Charity Play online marathon will be held from March 20 to 26. 24 teams from six regions are participating, with a nominal prize pool of $120,000. All the $120,000 of the prize pool will go to specific organizations fighting COVID-19. We will name the fund that aids efforts to battle COVID-19 and share the detailed algorithm of the collection and transfer of funds as soon as possible. Currently, we are straightening out some of the legal details with our partners in this venture.
OG, Team Secret, Team Nigma, Virtus.pro, IG, TNC Predator, beastcoast and more are among the participants, while we have something interesting for you a bit later. Stay tuned!
