As you already know, WePlay! Pushka League is launching in three days — on April, 16th. We'll see fourteen teams from the CIS and Europe battle within regions for the prize pool of $250,000. But first of all — The Qualifiers, Open (click here to register your team) and Closed. 

And now, we are here to inform you that Pushka League will include a second division starting from the very first season.

Pushka League Divisions

WePlay! Pushka League Division 2 will be played by four teams from Europe and the CIS. Thus, in addition to the fourteen teams that will take part in the first division, WePlay! Pushka League will have eight more teams.

Who's playing in the second division of WePlay! Pushka League? Read:

  • teams that will place 2nd to 4th in Closed Qualifiers for WePlay! Pushka League Division 1;
  • teams that will win one of the regional Open Qualifiers in Division 2.

Open Quals Dates & Schedule

WePlay! Pushka League Division 2 Open Qualifiers will be held on April 18 (CIS) and April 19 (Europe). Semifinals and Grand Finals will be played on April, 20th. Check the picture below!

Matches of the second division will be held from April 23 to May 11, 2020, and will be covered by WePlay! Esports.

Division 2 Format

WePlay! Pushka League Division 2 format is simple. 

Group stage:

  • Two Round Robin groups (separately for teams from Europe and the CIS);
  • All matches are Best of 3;
  • Group winners go to the semifinals;
  • The teams that took second and third place in the group get into the quarter-finals of the Playoffs.

Playoffs:

  • Single Elimination;
  • All matches are Best of 3.
  • The bracket is structured so that only representatives from different regions can meet in the finals.

Prize Pool

WePlay! Pushka League Division 2 prize pool is $5,000. Here's how the teams split it up:

  • 1st place: $2,000;
  • 2nd place: $1,500;
  • 3rd place: $750;
  • 4th place: $750;

In addition, the finalists of the second division proceed to the first division in the next season of the league.
