WePlay! Artifact Mighty Triad: Strength. Player Profiles. Group C ⚡⚡⚡ Esports and gaming news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!

Today we have a few more players to learn about since our very first official Artifact tournament is about to begin. Let's take a closer look at DrHippi, MATTHEWFOULKES, MieGod and Freddybabes - all belonging to a Group C.

This particular compilation is going to really amaze you as we have a traditional couple of seasoned Hearthstone veterans (this part here is not amazing) while the other two players are both of exciting backgrounds (that part definitely is). .

Artem "DrHippi" Kravets

Country: Ukraine
Organization: Virtus.pro
Game Background: Hearthstone

Twitch

DrHippi made his name as one of the best Hearthstone players in the world. His career peaked in 2016 when he won Europe Summer Championship and took the second place in Hearthstone World Championship.

When at the beginning of 2017 Virtus.pro disbanded their Hearthstone line-up, DrHippi stopped streaming, started picking lower results in the tournaments and focused on other areas of his life. Hopefully, he will make up for it while playing Artifact.

If DrHippi has been practising his Artifact play since 2017, he is a formidable threat in Strength.

His Strength is: All of them, especially luck ;)

Matthew "MATTHEWFOULKES" Foulkes

Country: United Kingdom

Game Background: Magic: The Gathering, Magic: The Gathering Online

Twitter

Twitch

Matthew joins today's compilation as an already experienced Artifact player hammering his way through opponents' attempts to fight back, although his career has first and foremost been associated with Magic: The Gathering. Foulkes had to abandon his favourite game due to the recent scandal he was involved in saying at the same time that he was going to leave MTG for good anyways.

Back in September, he got suspended for 18 months for violating the rules at the English National tournament. What he did was a pretty simple mistake and an ordinary case of temptation, but the judges took his actions seriously because of the cheating in professional MTG being currently on the rise. Albeit not being a cheater in the full meaning, Matthew got punished for stealing a promo and lying to a judge.

That said, Matthew is a skilled CCG player who has now found Artifact as his new favourite game. His winrate is currently rocking at 95%, and that's what really matters.

His strength is: Hard work and massive repetition and creativity in the nickname choice.

Shen ''MieGod'' Yang

Country: China

Organization: Newbee HS

Game Background: HearthStone

Shen Yang is a Hearthstone player from China, who is currently on the team Newbee. He started his career in 2014 and took part in many HearthStone tournaments.

Unfortunately, there is not much information on him available in social networks, but we hope to see him more often in “Artifact” events and learn more about him and his tactics as well as his personality.

In recent months, he did not show high results, but let's hope that “Artifact” will be the starting point for the rise of his eSports career.

  His strength is: Luck

Fred "Freddybabes" Bird

Country: Great Britain

Organisation: compLexity Gaming

Career: Gwent pro-player

Twitter

Twitch

Fred is not even in his twenties, yet he is already a very strong Gwent player has won three big official tournaments. Freddybabes was born in Cheltenham — a little town in the southwestern part of England. Since childhood he had been a calm and obedient boy, he studied well, but did not forget about the games he was fond of from an early age. Before the release of Gwent, he played League of Legends and Hearthstone, where he also showed a high level of skill.

As Esports Earnings says, Bird has earned himself a huge amount of $112.000 already in esports. We'll see if Freddybabes could add our tournament to his stand of golden cups.

His strength is: Strategy

Now, when you know a little bit more about Group C participants, it is now obvious that there are going to be a lot of awesome plays in WePlay! Artifact Mighty Triad: Strength. As always, you can find more information about the tournament's group and invited players right here.
