Great news, everyone! We are glad to inform you that WePlay! Esports and Epic Esports Events joined forces to host a new multi-level international Dota 2 league: OMEGA League! Just look at this: nearly 600k prize money, flexible Open Qualifiers, a divisional ecosystem, and an advanced format that makes every next match important.
Mark the following dates in your calendar, diary, organizer: July 20 until September 6! The best teams from around the world will compete for the honorary title of OMEGA League Champion and an impressive $590,000 prize pool!

Format

Group Stage, DIVINE DIVISION
Number of teams: 12.
The participants will be divided into two groups and will play a round-robin within their groups. The matches are played in the best of three format.
Points will be distributed as follows: victory = 2 points, loss = 0 points.
The top two teams to place first in their groups advance to the first round of the DIVINE DIVISION Playoff Upper Bracket. The teams in the second and third positions will take their places in the first round of the DIVINE DIVISION Playoff Lower Bracket. Participants ranked from fourth to sixth leave the competition.
Playoffs, DIVINE DIVISION
Number of teams: 10.
The participants, formed from the top six teams of DIVINE DIVISION Group Stage and the teams that have moved from the IMMORTAL DIVISION, will play a bracket in the double-elimination format with best of three matches (up to two wins). The winner of the DIVINE DIVISION will be determined by best of five.
IMMORTAL DIVISION
Group Stage, IMMORTAL DIVISION
Number of teams: 12.
The participants will be divided into two groups and will play a round-robin within their groups. Matches are played in the best of three format.
Points will be distributed as follows: victory = 2 points, loss = 0 points.
The teams that took first and second places in their groups will go to IMMORTAL DIVISION Playoffs Upper Bracket Semifinals. The teams that finished third in the group stage will move to the lower bracket of IMMORTAL DIVISION Playoffs. The fourth and fifth positions will play in an additional match: Play-In Round. The last-placed teams in their groups will advance to the first round of the DIVINE DIVISION Playoff Upper Bracket.
Play-In IMMORTAL DIVISION
Number of teams: 4.
The participants who place fourth and fifth in their groups will determine their further seeding in face-to-face confrontations: the fifth team in group A will play with the fourth team in group B, and the fourth team in group A will play with the fifth team in group B. Matches will be held in the best of three format.
The two winners of their series will advance to the first round of the IMMORTAL DIVISION Playoff Lower Bracket, while both losers will advance to the DIVINE DIVISION Upper Bracket Semi-finals.
Playoffs, IMMORTAL DIVISION
Number of teams: 8.
Teams ranked from first to third in their groups, as well as two winners of the Play-In Round, will compete in a double-elimination bracket with best of three matches. IMMORTAL DIVISION winner will be determined by best of five series.

ANCIENT DIVISION
Group Stage, ANCIENT DIVISION
Number of teams: 8.
Participants will be divided into two groups and will play a round-robin within their groups. The matches will be played in the best of three format.
Points will be distributed as follows: victory = 2 points, loss = 0 points.
The top two teams that took first place in their groups advance to the first round of the ANCIENT DIVISION Playoff Upper Bracket. The teams that finished the group stage on the second line will take their places in the first round of the ANCIENT DIVISION playoff lower bracket. Teams from the third and fourth positions in their groups will leave the competition.
Playoffs, ANCIENT DIVISION
Number of teams: 8.
The teams that took the first and second places in their groups will be joined by the teams. They will play the Single Elimination bracket with best of three matches. The ANCIENT DIVISION winner will be determined the best of five.
DIVINE DIVISION
Group Stage, DIVINE DIVISION
Number of teams: 10.
The teams will be split into two groups and will play a round-robin. The matches will be played in the best of three format.
Points will be distributed as follows: Victory = 2 points, loss = 0 points.
The teams that take first place in their groups advance to DIVINE DIVISION Playoff Upper Bracket Semifinals. The teams in second and third positions will play in an additional stage of the competition: the Play-In Round. Participants who finished fourth and fifth will leave the tournament.
Play-In DIVINE DIVISION
Number of teams: 4.
Teams from second and third places in their groups will play in an additional round: the third team of group A will play with the second team of group B, and the second team of group A will play with the third team of group B. Matches will be played in the best of three format.
The two winners of their series will advance to the first round of DIVINE DIVISION Playoff Lower Bracket, while the losers will leave the competition.
Playoff DIVINE DIVISION
Number of teams: 6.
The teams that won the first places in their groups and the winners of the Play-in Round will compete in a double-elimination bracket with best of three matches. The winner of the DIVINE DIVISION will be determined by best of five series.
