We announce the WePlay Academy League Season 4

We are pleased to announce the start of the 4th season of the WePlay Academy League. The group stage begins on May 24, 2022. 14 teams are ready to show us their skills and compete for a place in the Play-offs and a prize pool of $ 100,000. An important event! Especially when you understand that with each tournament young players gain experience and can surprise all CS:GO fans.

WePlay Academy League format

WePlay Esports will host the event online and all tournaments will be divided into several stages. The prize pool is $ 100,000.

Group Stage

• Two Double Round Robin Group of 7 Teams
• Top-1 will qualify for the Play-Off Stage
• Top-2 to Top-6 will play in Gauntlet
• Teams will be additionally mixed for Gaunlet stage
• All matches are BO1

Gauntlet Stage

• Four rounds of Gauntlet matches
• The teams will be sorted in a mixed order
• Top-1 team from each bracket will qualify for the Play-Off stage
• All matches are BO3

Play-off Stage

• 4-Teams Double Elimination
• All matches are BO3

Schedule

The tournament will take place from May 24 to June 26, 2022

• Group stage starts on May 24 and will last until June 7
• Gauntlet stage of the fourth season, which will take place from 9 to 12 June
• The play-off stage of WePlay CS: GO Academy S4 will run from June 24 to 26

Who is participating?

There are a total of 14 teams, which are divided into two groups. Everyone will play with each other and demonstrate their skills.
