Warhammer: Chaosbane is one of the first Slash Action-RPG games which can be played either solo or co-op with up to 4 players. The game itself takes place shortly after The Great War against Chaos. Even though humanity thinks that they are out of danger, they couldn’t be so wrong.
Previously, we talked about the various gems and combinations, so be sure to check that out if you are just starting your journey in this epic adventure. Having said that, Warhammer: Chaosbane also has some pretty interesting armor sets. They are basically set of armor that can provide additional bonuses to your character.
Heroic Armor Sets
The various armors can be equipped only on a specific class in the game. Here is a list of all the heroic armors available for each of them.
This class specializes in counter-attacks and defense maneuvers. You can get the following sets:
Solland’s Fate - This specific heroic set has five pieces and it can only be equipped by an Imperial Soldier. Similar to every other set, this one also has a bonus called Solland’s Ghost. It gives you a chance to reduce all your cooldowns on each successful blocks. What’s more, your Taunt is also improved and no longer requires a skill point to equip.
Meteoric Iron - Similar to the previous one, this set also has five pieces. The effect it provides is called Empire Herald and it basically counter-attacks all nearby enemies once an enemy takes counter-attack damage. In addition, the Justice of the empire skill no longer requires a skill point to equip.
Skaven Killer - the last Heroic Armor Set for the Imperial Solider. This one improves the Pistolier as it no longer requires skill to equip. In addition, it does the same to the Banner.
The Wood-elf Scout class is well known for doing poison and physical damage. Apart from that, they also tend to summon some natural allies and various traps.
Eternal Queen - Another set consisted of five pieces. This one gives you the set bonus called Queen Chosen. It basically increases your Poison damage and grants a toxic aura that poisons nearby enemies. On top of that, it gives +50% damage and makes The spinning blades skill usable without requiring a skill point.
Eternal Protectress - This set provides +150% damage and it makes your traps do more damage. In addition, the Hungry Roots skill is improved and it no longer requires skill points to equip.
Slayers are berserker warriors who do tons of AoE damage.
Grimnir’s Herald - A five pieces set which grants a fiery aura. Having said that, this aura deals more damage the lower the player’s Health. In addition, all damage from the fire skill gets increased. What’s more, the Call to Oath skill is improved and it no longer requires skill points to equip.
Undefeated - This set increases your rage damage bonuses and it provides +80% damage. Last, but not least, it also removes the requirement for a skill point for The Last Bastion.
Avenger - Bleeding enemies get slow and take more damage. On top of that, they get +100% damage taken and The Cleaver skill no longer requires a skill point to equip.
Similar to any mage class, the on in Warhammer: Chaosbane also does tons of fire and magic AoE damage.
Dragontamer - Casting a fire spell unleashes a magic projectile that does damage. In addition, The Arcane Binding passive skill no longer requires skill points to equip.
Loremaster - Summons a storm of persistent magic lightning and all magic damage gets increased. The Step Between Worlds skill also no longer requires a skill point to equip.
The Impetuous one - This five pieces set makes the burning enemies take more damage. On top of that, The Blinding Light skill no longer requires a skill point to equip.
