Announced a short while ago at BlizzCon 2018, WarCraft III is getting the same treatment as the original StarCraft not too long back. The third instalment of the WarCraft franchise, Reign of Chaos, as well as it’s expansion, The Frozen Throne, are both getting remastered in WarCraft III: Reforged. Refreshed graphics, reworked campaigns, easier access to custom games, updated UI and quality-of-life improvements (including Battle.net integration) are some of the new features to come in the future.
Additional incentives for fans to purchase WarCraft III: Reforged include cross-game promotions in various other Blizzard titles. The game is set to release sometime in 2019.
