Virtus.pro are the champions of the SL i-League Invitational following a tense 2-1 victory over Natus Vincere in the Grand Finals.

The two teams' paths to the finals could not have been more different, with VP only dropping one map throughout the Winners' Bracket while Na`Vi had to fight through the entirety of the Losers' Bracket.
VP played well on Na`Vi's map choice, Inferno, taking a strong lead with a 12-3 first half as CT before winning Map 1 16-11. Conversely, Na`Vi took VP's map, Train, in a convincing 16-8 victory.
On the final map, Cobblestone, both teams traded rounds throughout the first half, starting Round 19 with a 9-9 tie. Following that, VP took off, going 7-1 from that point on to close out the map, and the tournament, 16-10.
This is the first premier tournament that VP has won since the CEVO Season 8 Professional Finals last November. Most recently, the team finished in the Top 4 at the CEVO Gfinity Pro-League Season 9 LAN Finals.
