Vici Gaming, Team Aster and EHOME qualify for MDL Chengdu Major

The MDL Chengdu Major China Qualifier was an intense affair. The Group Stage saw Vici Gaming and EHOME entered the Playoffs with 6 points each, while Team Aster and Royal Never Give Up made it into the Playoffs from Group B. The second group also had a 2nd-3rd and 4th-5th place tiebreakers. 

In the semifinals, Vici Gaming defeated Royal Never Give Up 2-1 to emerge the first MDL Chengdu Major seed. Team Aster beat EHOME with the same 2-1 score to become the second seed, while the 3rd place match determined the third seed. EHOME defeated Royal Never Give Up 2-1 to secure the final spot.

The Minor Qualifier Decider match between Look For Smile and CDEC Gaming ended in a 2-0 win for the latter, making them the last seed for DOTA Summit 11 China Qualifier. The other seeds for the Minor are Royal Never Give Up with Newbee, and Invictus Gaming tied for 5th-6th place.
