Valve will run a test Artifact tournament

Valve announced first tournament for Artifact that brings $10,000 prize pool to the table - Artifact Preview Tournament. The competition starts this Saturday, November 10, ending the next day. Artifact Preview Tournament will have 128 players fighting for the victory. 

The event will be hosted by Beyond The Summit and broadcasted at SteamTV. Saturday kickstarts the event with 7 rounds done by the Swiss system. Then eight best teams advance to single-elimination playoffs.

The tournament system is included into Artifact game client and will be available for all players after the CCG is released. And surely the release date is already set in stone – November 28, 2018.
