According to analysts, esports business, which until recently had caused only scornful grins from advertisers and investors, is now becoming one of the most profitable businesses in the United States.

Some figures: experts promise an increase in net advertising revenue by almost $214 million by 2020. Total revenue will approach $1.1 billion this year, which is 27% more than in the past. Insane.

At the moment, everyone wants to break into esports advertising market, including beer brewers, sportswear manufacturers, game devices developers and others. Considering that esports tournaments audience's average age is significantly lower than the one at which it is even allowed to look at beer labels, world's main giants have not invested their money in the esports development yet, but everything can change soon.

And what does this all mean for ordinary viewers? More tournaments to come, their quality will grow to unprecedented heights, popular players will soon be able to buy land on other planets, and the scale of events will compete with the Super Bowl itself.
