Uniqlo and Capcom are at it again. A new collaboration is almost here, this time the manufacturer has announced a set of twelve T-shirts designed with an inspiration coming from Street Fighter II and Street Fighter V. All of them to go on sale April 12 in retail and online stores at the price of 14.99-19.99 bucks per item — a standard for the brand.
A limited edition it is, but you can hardly expect an incredibly fast Sold Out. Uniqlo has previously implemented similar collaborations with Capcom — based on the Monster Hunter universe. There were also collections dedicated to Star Wars, Blizzard games, eight-bit retro releases and Nintendo exclusives.
It is nice to see that worldwide-known fashion production companies are increasingly paying attention to the videogames and esports fans' audience. For example, this autumn Puma will release one of its classic silhouettes (most likely RS-X) with Tetris figures, and Adidas has recently announced it has signed a contract with the Portuguese Grow uP eSports team as their main kit-production company.
