Unicorns of Love sign Andyy, JDC and OKOLICIOUZ

German organisation Unicorns of Love recently announced their new roster, a new partner and revealed their new jersey on Twitter. 

UOL welcomed former Virtus.pro player Michał "OKOLICIOUZ" Głowaty and the great duo from expert eSport, Andreas "Andyy" Schäfer and Jon "JDC" de Castro. They join Christian "crisby" Schmitt and Oliver "kzy" Heck, who are the only remaining players from its previous roster.

The team said goodbye to André "Kirby" Kempa, Denim "DeniMM" Ameti and Markus "maRky" Reitenbach who depart following their 2nd place finish at 99Damage League Season 12. 

"Andyy and JDC are the hottest up-and-coming duo you can get at the moment talent-wise, and with kzy and crisby we have got two experienced support players and probably the best tacticians I have ever played with so far," said OKOLICIOUZ in an interview with HLTV regarding his new teammates. 

"I never have high expectations when joining a new team but if everything clicks well, I think it should be a matter of time before we become a top 30 team. Besides that, we want to win the German championships and qualify for MDL," he added. 

Esports betting and news media company Unikrn was named their new partner, while the roster wore their latest jerseys proudly. UOL also announced their search for a capable streamer or player to join the organisation in a six-month sponsorship deal. Signup is available here.
