Ubisoft extended an apology to players for their latest DLC

Ubisoft extended an apology to players for their latest DLC ⚡⚡⚡ Esports and gaming news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!
As you can remember, a new DLC story was recently released for Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, and some players were heartbroken about it because of the lack of opportunity to make their own choice. For example, if you played for Kassandra and led the storyline as a representative of LGBT, then at the end of the supplement you had to sleep with a man and have a child. We wrote about this case recently.
We have to admit that it was a strange move on the part of the developers. Therefore, to calm the developing scandal, the creative director of the company Jonathan Dumont published an appeal to the players on the Ubisoft forum. He apologised to all the players who could have been hurt by such a decision of the company and also stressed that the team had made a mistake and admitted it.
The primary goal of the developers was to demonstrate how Kassandra and Alexios are aware of their mortality and decide to continue their race. In the end, the team failed to disclose the motivation of the heroes, so they promised that this would not happen again and players will be able to play as they wish.
However, there were dissatisfied players on this statement.
We believe that this topic is almost philosophical for constant debate. What do you think about this? Who did you play in this expansion?
