Two Na'Vi players will play in Russian team at The World Championships

Seized and Flamie will play in the Russian team against the German team today.

Seized and Flamie, two players from Na`Vi CS:GO team, will play in the Russian team against the German team at The World Championships group stage today. If the Russian team win, they will get enough points to get into the tournament playoff.

As for The World Championships

79 national teams from all over the world will be seen in The World Championships 2015 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament.

16 teams will qualify for Global Finals which will be held in Belgrade, Serbia from 8-11 October with $100,000+ up for grabs. 8 of these slots will go to European nations, 3 will go to Asian nations, 2 teams from North America will qualify while Africa, Oceania and South America will have 1 team at Global Finals. 

Global Finals Format

  • 16 teams will be divided into 4 groups with 4 teams in each.
  • Best-of-3 group stage GSL format
  • Top two teams from each group advancing to Single-elimination quarterfinal.

It must be said though that the German team is one of the toughest teams of the European bracket. If Russians manage to win today, they will consolidate their position in the group table. The match will start at 9 p.m. GMT and can be watched here http://www.hitbox.tv/efragtv2
