trk replaces meyern on MIBR

Ignacio "meyern" Meyer has been placed on the MIBR bench for Alencar "trk" Rossato, according to tweets from the organization's official Twitter account.

The news of meyern's benching doesn't come as much of a surprise for CS:GO fans due to rumors circulating around MIBR looking for a fifth player after meyern was reported to be stepping in for TeamOne in the Mythic Cup qualifier. Meyern didn't seem to perform to the expectations that MIBR had for him. Meyern is a young player that joined MIBR in December of 2019 from another Brazilian organization in Sharks. He put up great numbers with Sharks, which is why the top Brazilian organization recruited him. The 17-year-old Argentinian has a long career in front of him and will more than likely be a top prospect for other Brazilian squads.

Trk was also previously reported as being the player that MIBR had set their sites on, and it seems that it has came to fruition. The 24-year-old Brazilian joins MIBR from TeamOne, who he had played for since April 2016.

With the benching of meyern, MIBR is now made up of:

MIBR will be playing in DreamHack Masters Spring 2020, which begins tomorrow, May 20. Their first match will be against FURIA, and will also take on Chaos EC and Liquid a few days later as they try to make it out of group play.
