Tigers lost to the WarriorsGaming.Unity in the Southeast Asia quarterfinals at the OGA Dota PIT Minor 2019. Dendi’s team lost with the 0:2 score. Their opponent reached the final today, beating TNC Predator in the Qualifiers’ semifinals.

Recall that the Tigers team isn’t doing very well right now. They recently “flew out” from the MDL Disneyland Paris Major Closed Qualifiers. The team lost to EVOS Esports in the second round of Qualifiers for Southeast Asia and finished last in Group B. The match ended with the 1:2 score. Previously, Tigers lost to Mineski.

The team came to the Cobx Masters 2019 Phase II tournament with a stand-in. Marc Polo Luis "Raven" Fausto replaced the Vietnamese player Trịnh "458" Văn Thọ in a position of a carry. Rumours about the player transition appeared on April 4, but the team managers didn’t officially announce the transfer. Perhaps Raven came as the stand-in for one tournament. Raven played for the TNC Predator before the end of The International 2018. Then he joined Lotac. The squad failed at every Dota Pro Circuit tournament and was disbanded on March 15.

Yesterday, Tigers beat Entity with a 1:0 score on Cobx Masters 2019 Phase II, but lost to DeToNator with the same score. However, this game didn’t prevent them from going to the Playoff. Tigers will play with Signify in the semifinals and DeToNator - with Exclamation Mark. Matches will hold up to two victories. You can already witness their victory or defeat - the game is in full swing.

Tiger’s current roster:

  • Marc Polo Luis "Raven" Fausto
  • Danil “Dendi” Ishutin
  • Kim “Velo” Tae-sung
  • Kenny “Xepher” Deo
  • Sivatheeban “1437” Sivanathapillai
