The ReaL DeaL vs Team Empire — WePlay! Dota 2 Valentine Madness

Another dramatic leaving at WePlay! Dota 2 Valentine Madness. The European lineup The ReaL DeaL and Team Empire from the CIS determined in full-time confrontation who needed to stay and who should leave.

Team Empire built a draft around Phantom Assassin, Pangolier and the Grimstroke and Winter Wyvern support bundle. The ReaL DeaL bet on magical damage (and a set of Hand of Midas) - Puck, Outworld Devourer, Rubick and Shadow Demon joined the European squad. Lifestealer was chosen to cover his Mages.

The events developed with restraint on the map: three Midas from TRD markedly “dried up” the game. The score and charts were equivalent by the 20th minute. Team Empire got the first Roshan because their items by that time were more significant. TRD lost all external fortifications and were trapped on the Fountain. The strategy based on Midas was a failure, and payment for greed was the elimination from the tournament.

Team Empire will try their luck together with The Pango, while The ReaL DeaL will have time to sharpen their strategies: they’re already excluded from the WePlay! Dota 2 Valentine Madness calendar.
