July 1 of 2018 is a great day for Valve and Dota 2 fans – the overall prize pool of The International tournament series set a new record by surpassing the $100,000,000 mark. One might say that ultimately it is not the end!

Right now The International 2018 prize pool is a bit higher than $19,000,000, still growing and hopefully going to beat The International 2017’s record (which is $24,787,916). Although, it’s worth mentioning that the pool of the crowdfunded event grows at a lower rate than last year. But there’s still enough time for it to make it.
