The International Compendium update arrives

With the conclusion of the regional qualifiers for The International 2019, Valve has finally released The International Compendium. All Dota 2 Battle Pass owners can now enjoy the favourite team feature and open their regular and player card packs. 

The update weighs in at around 300mb, bringing hero, player, team, and tournament predictions along with it. Correctly predict the tournament meta before the first draft starts to win battle points. The more correct predictions you make, the more battle points you receive, so show off all that knowledge. 

Selecting a favourite team unlocks customized emoticons, effigy banners, team balloons, team sprays, and special teleport effects. Upgraded versions of teleport effects will be given to players that collect a full set of a team’s silver or gold cards, so good luck with your card opening. 

Mineski, Royal Never Give Up, Natus Vincere, Chaos Esports Club, Infamous, and Forward Gaming will join the 12 DPC teams in Shanghai for the chance to become champion at The International 2019. The Fantasy Challenge is still some time away but the excitement will only continue to build the closer it and TI9 get.
