Pete Hines has given an interview on QuakeCon 2018, where he has revealed that cross-play and cross-progress on all possible devices is essential for Bethesda. But we all understand it is not easy to realise unless Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft step in.

TES Legends is already tested and available on Android, IOS, Mac and PC. PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch versions are going to be presented by the end of 2018.

Hines was also asked whether there is a possibility game won’t be released on PS4. VP of global marketing and communications, however, didn’t give definitive answer, but emphasised that terms of cross-play are “non-negotiable”.
