The Elder Scrolls: Blades is now globally playable ⚡⚡⚡ Esports and gaming news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!

About a week and a half ago, we witnessed the unexpected release of The Elder Scrolls: Blades on both Android and iOS. The game was available for download, although very few could play it for that moment. It was more like a closed testing phase with players being randomly invited into the game.

Finally, the wait is over. The latest mobile title from Bethesda is now globally playable and can be enjoyed by everyone, but it is worth noting that The Elder Scrolls: Blades is in early access right now. The developers announced the news on Twitter, adding that the game has been updated. That’s right, the limited access period was a source of high-valued feedback that helped Bethesda to make the first improvements and adjustments. Apparently, the updated version became stable enough for it to be released worldwide. All you need to play the game is to register a Bethesda.net account if you don’t have one already. The Elder Scrolls: Blades is a free-to-play title, which means that the initial experience is not hidden behind the paywall.

It’s pretty obvious that Bethesda needs to make money out of the game, so it has traditional microtransactions. The Elder Scrolls: Blades is described as a proper role-playing game in the well-established fantasy universe that features dungeon-crawling, enemies-battling, character progression, etc.
