The fifth day of the Chongqing Major was filled with fierce but one-sided games — three out of four bo3 series ended after the first two games. It seems like the players were in a hurry to finish the stream and send the production team to the day off.

This day ended without a single upset as the teams “expected” to move to the next round easily beat their rivals. Hopefully, the remaining games won’t go down the predicted path and the outsiders will be giving the favorites the run of their money.

The Chongqing Major will resume next Friday at 03:00 CET with the rest of the lower bracket games and the remaining game of the upper bracket:
