Tencent is launching a new game

Ring of Elysium is getting to Steam’s Early Access. The game will try to compete in this overcrowded market of Battle Royales. Tencent project is titled as a free-to-play game, so I suppose they’ll earn money with loot boxes (not in Belgium, of course). Gameplay is set in snowy mountains with bad skiing conditions where players have to survive and get to the only rescue helicopter. Interesting thing is that the game combines shooting with Xtreme Sports like skiing, snowboarding and hang-gliding. 

I am not sure what makes this game more interesting than other genre representatives. No reviews, no important information given on Steam’s page. Still, the game is not yet available in Europe. When it’s out, I promise to make a review.
