Riot Games have released a 9.15 update for Teamfight Tactics, where many class features were balanced. Player damage has been lowered; Assassins. Knights, Voids and Elementalists have been slightly buffed, Demons, Ninjas and Pirates were nerfed a bit, while many other classes and items had their mechanics reworked. Here is a full patch change list:

Systems

Victory/loss streaks:

  • Number of victories/losses required for the bonus series: 2/5/8 ⇒ 2/4/7

Class bonuses:

  • 6 gunslingers ⇒ Gunslingers have a chance to make 3 additional attacks.

  • 6 Brawlers ⇒ The health of all rebounders is increased by 1200.

  • 6 Shapeshifters ⇒ After the shapeshifters are converted, they get 120% extra health.

  • 9 Blademasters ⇒ Blademasters have a chance to make 4 additional attacks. This is really possible, so good luck.

Player damage:

  • Spiderlings and Golem damage: 2 ⇒ 1

  • Tier 4 (1 star): 3 ⇒ 2

  • Tier 5 (1 star): 4 ⇒ 3

  • Tier 3 (2 stars): 4 ⇒ 3

  • Tier 4 (2 stars): 5 ⇒ 4

  • Level 5 (2 stars): 6 ⇒ 5

  • Level 4 (3 stars): 7 ⇒ 6

Carousel:

  • Number of available units: 10 ⇒ 9

Classes

Assassin:

  • Assassins jump earlier and reach their targets faster.

  • The movement speed of champions who are not killers is reduced at the beginning of the battle.

  • Assassins can now be selected as targets more quickly.

  • Evelynn's attack power: 60 ⇒ 70

  • Damage from Evelynn’s skills: 200/250/350 ⇒ 200/300/400

  • Objectives of Katarina's skills: 3/5/7 ⇒ 4/6/8

  • Rengar’s attack power: 65 ⇒ 70

  • Rengar's attack speed: 0.55 ⇒ 0.60

  • Rengar’s skill attack speed Increase: 0.3/0.5/0.7 ⇒ 0.4/0.7/1.0

Demons:

  • Demon’s mana burn buff: chance 25%/50%/85% ⇒ chance 20%/35%/60%

  • Varus skills damage: 400/600/800 ⇒ 300/550/800

  • Atrox skills damage: 400/700/1000 ⇒ 250/600/950

  • Atrox Health: 750 ⇒ 700

  • Damage from Morgana’s skills: 300/375/450 ⇒ 200/325/450

Dragon:

  • Dragon: 100% magic resistance ⇒ 83% magic resistance

  • Shyvana's armor: 20 ⇒ 30

  • Aurelion Sola's Health: 600 ⇒ 650

  • Damage from Aurelion Sol skills: 250/450/650 ⇒ 250/500/750

Elementalist:

  • Damage from Lissandra’s skills: 150/200/250 ⇒ 150/275/400

  • Damage from Brand's skills: 175/325/475 ⇒ 200/375/550

Guardian:

  • Guardians: (2) 40 armor per stack ⇒ (2) 50 armor per stack. Guardians cannot reinforce themselves.

  • Braum’s armor: 25 ⇒ 75

  • Leon's armor: 55 ⇒ 100

Knight:

  • Knights trait: block 20/40/80 damage from basic attacks⇒ Your team ignores 15/30/55 damage from all sources.

  • Darius armor: 25 ⇒ 40

  • Garen's armor: 35 ⇒ 40

  • Mordekaiser's armor: 35 ⇒ 40

  • Sejuani's armor: 35 ⇒ 40

  • Sejuani’s stun duration: 2/3.5/5 ⇒ 2/4/6

  • Kayle's health: 800 ⇒ 750

  • Kayle’s armor: 35 ⇒ 40

Ninja:

  • Ninja trait: (1) 40% attack strength / (4) 80% attack strength ⇒ (1) +40 attack strengths and abilities / (4) +60 attack strengths and abilities

  • Shen's attack speed: 0.6 ⇒ 0.7

  • Zed's attack speed: 0.6 ⇒ 0.65

  • Zed's attack power: 60 ⇒ 65

  • Damage from Kennen’s skils: 400/650/900 ⇒ 225/450/675

  • Damage from Akali’s skills: 200/375/550 ⇒ 150/275/400

Noble:

  • Noble trait: 100 armor / +35 health on hit ⇒ 60 armor and magic resistance / +35 health on hit

  • Wayne's attack power: 45 ⇒ 40

  • Wayne’s attack speed: 0.65 ⇒ 0.75

  • Garen's attack power: 55 ⇒ 50

  • Garen's attack speed: 0.55 ⇒ 0.6

  • Damage from Garen's skills: 450/585/720 ⇒ 360/585/810

  • Garen: Fixed bug that prevented him from moving while spinning.

Pirate:

  • Pirate: Average amount of gold per chest: 1.6 ⇒ 1.75

  • Graves attack speed: 0.5 ⇒ 0.55

  • Twisted Faith: Increased cast speed 

  • Damage from Twisted Faith skills: 100/150/200 ⇒ 150/250/350

Void:

  • Void trait: all your fighters ignore 50% of the armor ⇒ The Voids now deal pure damage.

  • Kassadin's attack power: 45 ⇒ 55

  • Kassadin's attack speed: 0.65 ⇒ 0.6

  • Damage from Khazix's ability to do unisolated things: 150/250/350 ⇒ 150/300/450

  • Khazix's attack power: 50 ⇒ 55

  • Rek'Sai attack power: 40 ⇒ 50

  • Damage from the Rek'Sai skills: 150/250/350 ⇒ 200/350/500

  • Healing from the Rek'Sai skills: 300/400/500 ⇒ 150/300/450

  • Cho'Gath's attack speed: 0.55 ⇒ 0.6

  • Damage from the Cho'Gath's skills: 200/400/600 ⇒ 250/500/750

  • Cho'Gath's toss: 1.5/2/2.5 ⇒ 1.5/1.75/2

Yordle:

  • Yordles: (3) 25% / (6) 60% chance of evasion ⇒ (3) 30% / (6) 55% chance of evasion. Also, evade on-hit effects.

  • Lulu armour: 25 ⇒ 20

  • Veigar Health: 450 ⇒ 500

  • Gnar's attack power: 45 ⇒ 50

Other Champions

  • Blitzcrank’s mana pool: 150 ⇒ 125

  • Ashe's attack power: 60 ⇒ 65

  • Kindred's attack power: 55 ⇒ 60

  • Morgana: 0.35 seconds of skill application time ⇒ 0.5 seconds (according to other champions' skills)

  • Yasuo's attack power: 65 ⇒ 75

  • Damage from the Karthus’ skills: 350/600/850 ⇒ 400/700/1000

  • Karthus' Skill Targets: 4/7/10 ⇒ 5/9/13

Items

  • Locket gives a 200 health shield ⇒ Locket gives a 250 health shield for 4 seconds.

  • Ionic spark damage: 200 ⇒ 150

  • Silence from Hush: 5 seconds ⇒ 3 seconds

  • Statikk Shiv damage: 100 ⇒ 90

Clarity and visual effects

  • Akali: The visual effects of the skill were adjusted to better match the actual hitbox.

  • Gangplank: Improved barrel placement logic. In addition, they now remain if Gangplank dies after the wick is set on fire.

  • Kayle: Added visual effects on the skill and changed the visual effects of projectiles during an auto-attack.

  • Kennen: Changes the animation while applying the skill.

  • Morgana: The application time of the skill has been increased to match the same parameter of most other champions.

  • Sejuani: Changed the animation while applying the skill.

  • Volibear: Changed the animation of critical kick.

Fixed bugs

  • Redemption now heals the Rek'Sai even when it's underground.

  • The Darkin no longer gives mana to demons when the player equips it during the combat phase.

  • Vayne's silver arrows no longer affect the units while in Shen's Spirit Refuge.

  • Frozen Heart no longer stops working for one round when the player sells its owner.

  • Dragon's Claw no longer reduces damage from abilities that deal true damage.

  • The play again button now takes you to the same queue you played before (according to Darkhorse, this is the most important update change).

  • Voice chat and party now persist through several games.
