Due to scheduling conflicts, Digital Chaos are no longer able to attend the Northern Arena BEAT Invitational

Due to scheduling conflicts, Digital Chaos are no longer able to attend the Northern Arena BEAT Invitational and will be replaced by Team NP, according to a press release from Northern Arena's website.

"Digital Chaos, due to scheduling issues, have informed us that they will be withdrawing from the Northern Arena Beat Invitational and will not be coming to Montreal," the statement reads. "We understand that they really wanted to show, but unfortunately could not. We wish them luck with their upcoming events, the Boston Major and The Summit 6."

Team NP placed second at the closed qualifiers for the BEAT Invitational, where they just barely missed their chance to be seeded into the event. The press release says that this was the reason for why Team NP were chosen to replace Digital Chaos.

As the Northern Arena LAN takes place Nov. 10-13 in Montreal, it runs incredibly close to The Summit 6, which is happening Nov. 16-20 in California. Both events feature $100,000 prize pools.

Shortly after the news broke, Digital Chaos commented on the matter, saying in a series of tweets that their players had just arrived or are arriving at the team’s house in Arizona for pre-Summit 6 and Boston Major bootcamp.
