AZK and Brax were among seven individuals that were banned from Valve CS:GO events in January 2015 for their part in a match-fixing scandal. In 2017, AZK and his teammates had their ban from competing in ESL tournaments lifted.
Yesterday the Valorant closed beta began, and within a few hours, the game had achieved an audience of 1.5 million viewers. While T1 had a bit of a headstart when it took the initiative by signing Brax, all organizations interested in fielding a team in the upcoming game will have their eyes on the lookout for the best talent they can find.
With two players already signed, T1 is on the right track regarding preparations for Valorant's competitive circuit.
