Super Smash Bros. Ultimate 7.0.0 tier list roundup ⚡⚡⚡ Esports news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!

Last week, Ezra "Samsora" Morris, Samuel "Dabuz" Buzby and Enrique "Maister" Hernández Solis shared their tier lists for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate 7.0.0. Their lists share lots of similarities, especially their top tier, but they're far from identical.

For starters, Maister placed Sonic in his very own tier named "Sonic Sux," because of how much he dislikes Sega's mascot in the game. The Mr. Game & Watch player also ranked his main 14th in ascending order. However, only characters in his Top Tier and High Tier are placed in order of value, while the rest in each tier don't follow any particular order.

In Dabuz's list, Olimar finally drops from his place at the top to the "Pretty Dang Good" tier (High Tier). His Upper Top Tier begins with Wario followed by popular picks like Pikachu, Joker, Palutena, and Zero Suit Samus. All Echoes were placed in a tier of their own while the level above them consists of characters desperately in need of buffs like Ganondorf, Isabelle, and the infamous Little Mac.

In Samsora's list, we see the Peach main place his character seventh in a fully arranged tier list behind Joker, Pikachu, Wario, Inkling, Snake, and Palutena. Following Top Tier is High Tier with the likes of Sonic, Mr. Game & Watch, Greninja, Terry Bogard, and R.O.B. In Low Tier, Little Mac takes the rear, sharing the last tier with King K. Rool, Isabelle, Dr. Mario, and Ganondorf.

As for Byleth, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's latest addition to the roster, the three pros placed the Fire Emblem: Three Houses character in their respective Mid Tiers. Yet, the position has more of an impact in Dabuz's tier list, where Byleth is considered better than many more characters than in the other tier lists.

Samsora recently won the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Singles tournament at CEO Dreamland. Maister and Dabuz were also scheduled to compete in the event but eventually chose to skip the tournament due to health concerns regarding COVID-19.
