A selection of players who pre-purchased Fallout 76 were allowed to stress test game servers ahead of open beta. All the participants of the stress test sign NDA and aren’t allowed to stream the gameplay or share it in any form.
A famous streamer who goes under the name of “Time2Purge” nametag decided it would be a good idea to stream Fallout 76 because he would have many viewers and no one on Twitch or Bethesda could notice. As you can imagine, this plan completely backfired, and his stream was shut down.
At the end of the stream, he angrily said that someone’s just reported him and that’s why he has to terminate the broadcast. The tone of the streamer’s voice suggests that it’s not the first time Time2Purge has done something like that and the only reason he didn’t get away with it this time is because of that report.
For some reason the channel hasn’t been suspended yet, you can even watch the 40-minute VoD on Twitch, with the angry rant at the end.

In a similar situation a player who shared a 90-second clip of Fallout 76 gameplay on Twitter, was banned from Twitter and Xbox Live. He eventually got his Twitter account back but the suspension on Xbox Live will be active till January 1st.
