Storm Rising - the new event is already in Overwatch

Storm Rising event became available yesterday, and many of you have already tried this new story “in action”. If not - why are you here? Play the game, and it’s worth your time. 

Jeffrey Kaplan, Blizzard Entertainment vice president, told in the recent video about the story. The action takes place six years before the actual Overwatch game events.

When you enter the game after the update download, you’ll receive welcoming  Loot Box, and it’s up to your luck what will be there (I had just two victory poses, voice line and spray - well, Bastion Gwishin skin, wait for me).

But, as usual, you have an opportunity to get one loot box after every three games. And only three boxes each six days.  

That mystery agent that we mentioned before is new (note: she’s not actually new - the curious players could notice her in the previous Overwatch’s movies) character Sojourn - she became the leader for the team, consist of Winston, Tracer, Genji and Mercy. During the story mission, you’ll hear her voice not once, and Sojourn will lead you through the events and warn you about the danger. Your goal is to catch Maximilien, breaking through the crowds of enemies and try to beat the information out of him. 

All previous Archives events - Retribution and Uprising are available too. Before the start of the story, you can choose the mode: there are two of them in each event.
