According to the press release, Ukrainian-based tournament organizer has decided to fix this and for this year, the company will run a series of tournaments called StarLadder Hearthstone Ultimate Series.
The event series will have 4 tournaments (spring, summer, autumn and winter) where 16 invited players will be fighting for $25,000 in prize money.

Last but not least each tournament will take 14 playing days, while the organizer didn't announce any invited players yet.
