StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor – Day 2 Results ⚡⚡⚡ Esports and gaming news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!

After the second day of StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor concluded, there’re only seven teams left. Unfortunately for the CIS fans, Winstrike Team lost its second match at the tournament and took the 7th-8th place.

The results of the gaming Tuesday we are going to announce in comparison with our predictions. The first match was between Winstrike Team and Team Anvorgesa. Despite being the obvious favourite, the former wasn’t able to impress with its performance. The team did manage to win the first map, but it wasn’t their victory – but rather Anvorgesa’s loss.

One of the critical mistakes by Winstrike Team

The South American team made fewer mistakes and deserved to advance further in the tournament. It is worth noting though, that they are about to have hard times with EHOME.

The second match of the day was played between Ninjas in Pyjamas and Team Sirius. You should never underestimate Chinese teams – they can easily punish you for glaring mistakes. On the first map, ppd shouldn’t have given Leshrac away – ASD has literally destroyed the European team while finishing the map with the 17-2-14 score. Peter Dager did ban the hero for the next two maps, and NiP managed to take the victory. As we’ve predicted, the Chinese team eventually ended up winning a single map against Europeans.

Finally, we were supposed to witness the least exciting match between Complexity and Mineski. Unfortunately, the game was a comedy show of mistakes. Both teams had chances to win, and Complexity actually managed to damage the enemy throne on the third map, but the overall confusion led to an unexpected result. Mineski was able to win the match with 2:1 score despite the fact that they weren’t in their best state.

The Group Stage is going to end today, and we’ll have four bo2 matches. Here’s Friday’s schedule (CEST time):

  • 11:00 – Mineski vs Ninjas in Pyjamas
  • 14:30 – Complexity vs Team Sirius
  • 18:00 – Group B Decider match
  • 21:30 – Team Anvorgesa vs EHOME
