Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order trailer and release date

Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment finally presented the long-awaited by many fans of the star-universe - Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order at the Star Wars Celebration event.

The action will be happening in the period between the Revenge of the Sith and New Hope. The main character is a Padawan named Cal Kestis, who survived Order 66. He travels around the galaxy with the BD1 droid, hiding from the Inquisitors of the newly formed Empire. The actor Cameron Monaghan, who is best known for the TV series Shameless and Gotham, gave his voice and appearance to the new hero.

There is exclusively a single passage without multiplayer elements and microtransactions of any kind. According to the developers, the gameplay is based on the mechanics of fencing, which resembles a cross between Dark Souls and Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. Users will be able to feel the weight of the weapon and the power of each strike. Apparently, a full demonstration of the gameplay was reserved for EA Play, which will be held in parallel with E3 2019 in early June.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be available November 15, 2019, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
