Introduction
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is an excellent game, and every single Star Wars fan out there will fall in love instantly with it. However, even if you're not into Star Wars, this is definitely a game that you need to put in your bucket list because it offers a unique experience, which is pretty rare to find nowadays.
There are a couple of different planets that you can explore in this open-world environment, and Bogano is one of them. Of course, every single world has its differences, but when it comes down to Bogano, it's full of some pretty new chests that you can find. Sadly, most of them are hidden in remote locations, which is why we've decided to make this guide and help you find the chests.
Keep it in mind that it will be nearly impossible to visit every single place and/or check every single chest on your first go. This means that you will have to go back to a specific planet and explore it better.
Let's dive in and check all you need to know about the chests and hidden locations in Bogano.
The things you will notice when you first go there
The first chest that you will come across is located in Binog Mes. In order to get to it, you need to use your Force Run ability and escape from the big Mantis there. Keep it in mind that the passage is going to very narrow so that it might be dangerous. Once you've passed it, you will end up in a big room that looks like a big theater. Take the big platform on the left and then go down, clear the place from critters, and you will see the chest there. Upon opening it, you will receive the Pathfinder outfit material.
Secrets
The Bogdo Sinkholes have two secrets and chests that you can get. The first one is located on the right side of the Sinkholes. When you go there, you will see a big cave that's being guarded by Oggdo Boggdo, the first boss that you will come across. We've already covered this fight in-depth, so be sure to check it out if you need any advice on how to deal with it. To make a long story short, you need to jump from a hole that's located on the top level, and you will leave him on half HP. It is also imperative to dodge his attacks by continually moving around because he can do some severe damage. Luckily, he is very slow, so this gives you the upper hand when it comes down to avoiding attacks.
If you survive this encounter, you will be able to get the Force Essence.
The chests in Great Divide
There are a total of five different chests that you can get from this place. However, on your first trip, you will only get three of them, so here they are.
- The first one is located just when you go to the Great Divide for the first time. When you get down from the zipline, there will be a big guy there that you need to deal with before you can continue. After you kill him (which is not going to be easy because he is pretty hardy), look around a little bit, and you will find the first chest that contains the Bogano Dawn poncho material.
- The second chest is also located in the Great Divide. When you progress a little bit there, you will end up in front of a big elevator shaft. Grab on it and try climbing all the way to the top. If you do it successfully, you will see two chests there, however, you will be able to open only one of them. As a reward, you will get the Valor and Wisdom sleeve.
- Lastly, the third chest here is located all the way to the bottom of the Great Divide. There are a couple of ways to get there, but it seems like the elevator is the fastest one. When you exit it, there will be a chest located on your right, so just go and open it.
The chests in Hermit's Abode
You can get a total of two chests from this place, but only one of them can be opened when you first go there. In order to get to it, you need to enter the Hermit's Adobe first and then look around until you see a big ledge that happens to have a chest as well. All you need to do at this point is to just go on the path until you reach a rope. Use it to jump on the other side, and you will get your hands on the chest. When you open it, you will receive the Eno Cordova emitter.
The Subterranean Refuge
You can find two secrets here, but only one of them can be discovered on your first go. If you want to check it out, you need to use your Force Run ability and go to Binog Mesa. From there, go to the left side past the big Mantis, and you will reach the theater (see the first paragraph). Go through the big hole there, and you will enter a place that has a big yellow box. Open it, and you will receive a thing called "stim canister." This will basically allow you to carry more stims at once, which is pretty cool.
Conclusion
These were just some of the chests and secrets that you can find in Bogano. Of course, there are many other things as well, but let's just take it one step at a time. For example, once you go to Zeffo (another planet), you will be able to unlock one of the core Force Abilities - Force Push. Once that happens, you can get back to Bogano again, and you will find the scomp link upgrades.
Just remember, always think outside the box because Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a game that embraces this type of thinking.
