Nintendo has announced Terry Bogard from the Fatal Fury and King of Fighters series’ as the next DLC character coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
His addition doesn't come as a complete surprise as an SNK copyright was discovered on Challenger Pack 4's Nintendo UK page a few days ago. It was promptly deleted afterward.
Not much was shared except that Terry will be available in November, but Nintendo did add also announce that more characters are in development for the game separate from those in the Challenger Pack.
Nintendo 64 characters Banjo-Kazooie, has currently gone live in the game. During the Nintendo Direct, the duo's availability was revealed to be the same day arriving later with SSBU patch 5.00.
The new patch brings small fixes to movement, changes to a couple of characters, the addition of new Spirits and Mii costumes and it makes Home Run Contest mode playable.
Dragon Quest's Hero sees more changes than the other characters featured in this patch. You can find the full patch notes here.
