SL i-League StarSeries Hearthstone Introduction

StarLadder and ImbaTV are proud to announce a joint season of Hearthstone. This new season brings you a bigger prize pool, adds a Chinese division and changes the location of the offline finals. 

The SL i-League StarSeries season will see the strongest Hearthstone players from all around the world battle it out in exciting competition. The tournament will be divided into two divisions. The first division will bring together players from Europe, Asia, the CIS and the Americas, while the second division will be reserved exclusively for pro players from China. The prize pool will amount to $50,000 USD, and will be distributed among the eight finalists. In addition to the prize pool, the travel and accommodation expenses of all players who qualify for the finals will be covered by the organizers. 

The online round starts with the World division matches on the 1st of December 2015, while the Chinese division starts on the 7th of December 2015. The final stage will be held January 15-17th, 2016, in the capital of the Republic of Belarus – the city of Minsk. The tournament will be covered in three languages: English, Russian and Chinese.
