Mortal Kombat 11 developers, while their game has already broken all the sales charts, decided to show a new gameplay video with one of the most colourful characters of the game. Here comes Shang Tsung — a fighter who can turn into any other character, and, at the same time, adopt all his abilities.
NetherRealm Studios noted that Shang Tsung will be added to the game along with the first set of additional characters. There will also appear Spawn, Sindel, Night Wolf and two more heroes, which the developers have not yet named.
Shang Tsung was sketched from a real actor named Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, who played the same character in the original "Mortal Kombat" 1995 movie.
And also, speaking of new characters, a few days before Mortal Kombat 11 release, users managed to get a copy for the Nintendo Switch and dig up the game files to find a mentioning about future fighters roster updates. The guest list included: Joker from Injustice 2, Ash from the "Evil Dead" trilogy, Image Comics character Spawn and Terminator.
Bruce Campbell, best known for Ash Williams role, has published a recent game trailer in his personal Twitter account, announcing a desire to "personally evaluate" the project. In the same video, you can hear the sound of a chainsaw, which was an essential attribute of its classic movie hero.
The details about the first DLC including new characters will appear next week, but it seems that the leaked data can be trusted. Spawn, Sindel, Shang Tsung and Night Wolf have already been confirmed, and the names of the two remaining DLC participants are still kept secret
