sako drops his Street Fighter V: Champion Edition tier list

Japanese fighting game pro, Naoto "sako" Sako recently shared his Street Fighter V: Champion Edition tier list which has the entire roster ranked from S to D.

Leading the pack is Urien, followed by Akuma and Poison. Poison is an interesting addition to the top, while the others often appear around the top in several other tier lists. Most of the game’s roster is split between tiers A and B, with Cammy, Chun-Li, and G following the S-rankers. Seth also sits in A-tier behind M.Bison and sako’s main, Menat. 

Meanwhile, Gill is at the tail end of B-tier among other characters like Kage, Ken, and Karin. Compared to other recent tier lists, Alex is a bit higher than usual, hiding in the middle of C-tier. As for the bottom tier, we find Ed, F.A.N.G., Ryu, Falke, and Nash.

sako won the Capcom Cup 2013 Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition trophy and is mostly known for his ability to easily pull off difficult combos. The FAV Gaming player also finished third in EVO Japan 2020’s Street Fighter V: Champion Edition event.
