Natus Vincere vs Alliance

Game 1

Итоги третьего дня плей-офф

A key factor in pick of Alliance was the absence of their carry Loda. He was substituted by Swedish support – smulgullig. Due to the change of lineup EGM was playing at the first position using an aggressive Viper. Na `Vi responded with a pick of Mirana and Invoker. The game started rather aggressively, both teams showed almost the same level of playing, going ahead or staying slightly behind. After 12 minutes the score was to 5:5, and the reigning world champions had an insignificant advantage. With the transition to mid-game the teams didn’t slow down, and continued to kill each other actively. For quite a long period of time there was absolutely equal game. If to look at the graph of farmed gold after 30 minutes of play, the difference was less than 500! Mirror game continued also after transition to the late-game. During 45 minutes neither of the teams could overfarm the other more than for 2500! A key moment was the reckless game of ХВОСТ: Alexander remained on the line too long, and Alliance used this. While Mirana was in the tavern, Na `Vi lost the mid. After that, it wasn’t so hard for Swedes to press the opponents down. Another mistake from Na `Vi - Swedes caught Dendi - and Puppey was forced to type GG. The score is 1:0, and Alliance came forward.

Game 2

Итоги третьего дня плей-офф

Loda came back in the second game, and Alliance’s pick brought nothing unexpected. Na `Vi instead decided to surprise by choosing Rubick, but not for KuroKy, it was a pick for Dendi. Unlike the first game, the second one was dictated by Alliance from the very beginning. And it was the main problem of Na `Vi: their pick was less adapted to the late-game, and if the beginning goes wrong, then the chances of winning are not so great. Taking into account that the game was very active from both sides, Natus Vincere couldn’t reverse the outcome of the match in their favor. Alliance’s teamwork was better, they had successful exchanges, and their pick was more adapted to the team fights. Although Na `Vi were close to victory, but nuances and micro-moments decided everything, and their result was in favor of Swedes. On the 31st minute Swedes managed to win a fight with a score of 5:0, and Na `Vi couldn’t recover after such a blow. In general, we saw a classic confrontation between Na `Vi and Alliance: two teams of amazing strength, playing with each other on equal terms. Today the luck was on the side of Swedish team and it goes to Grand Final of WePlay League, while Na `Vi will play another match with Team Liquid.
