The second gaming day has finally finished! It has been not so long as it could be expected, but the games were notable for their inconstancy and, at the same time, a huge number of farm performed by the players.

Let’s remember the things which we could see yesterday.

The first game

It was clear from the first minutes of the game that the teams are aimed on a passive playing. Both sides placed totems in the way to have a good observation of opponents’ movements. Distant totems on the red buff of Denmark team gave us hope for an aggressive game in the eighth minute, but it didn’t happen.
The main part of game activity was on the bottom lane. Top and middle lanes were engaged in killing minions (SK killed 216 minions on the top lane and RoughNeX wiped out 186 minions on the middle lane), and junglers were trying to help these lanes to increase the advantage, though not by minions, but at least by kills.
The first blood shed by Candy Panda on the bottom lane started a wave of fights. Several times the battles 4 vs. 5 were risen there (Shen used ultimate to join the allies), but the teams kept equally up to the 17th minute of the game. But after that, SK showed their confidence and determination. Just within 7 minutes they managed to destroy 6 enemy towers and, imposing a couple of fights, defeated their opponent and finished the game.

The second game

The second game was much more aggressive than the first. Apparently, teams realized that they could kill minions, though not at the same level, but stably and continuously. Therefore, starting from the fifth minute, the fights for towers started (although partly it happened due to the lanes swap), and the first gold for killings spilled in the teams’ treasury. Both teams tried to deter the aggression of the opponent, but, in their turn, tried to respond in the same way.
This game was more dynamic, it almost didn’t have moments of calm, though the main artifacts teams got only before the 20th minute. RoughNeX looked very confident on the lanes and even overtook SK for 4 kills for some period (though still were significantly losing in gold), but they repeated the mistake of the previous game. During the team fights they made mistakes in positioning and allowed themselves to chase the enemy for too long.
Finally, the preponderance of gold, Baron Nashor buff and numerous dragons did their job - SK team gained a significant advantage in items and managed to destroy the enemy at its base.

The first game

The first game of the second pair was held under the slogan "Farm and kill ." Both teams showed some aggression, but H2k seemed to be more confident, performed more neat actions and clever positioning. Germany team tried somehow to resist the onslaught of the enemy, but it turned out not so good: all lanes were losing much in farm, which build up an advantage for the opponent team. In this game Caitlyn performed by Celaver (H2k) showed itself perfectly by presenting an incredible champion control, dodging the abilities of Ezreal and Lissandra almost at the end of the game. Apparently, lane swap is not always beneficial – even despite this, Jax got more farm than his opponent.
H2k deservedly won the game, defeating the enemy not only by the preponderance of gold, but also thanks to the personal skills of players.

The second game

Unfortunately, the second game was not so smoothly for these teams. Having an early advantage H2k started to make mistakes and relaxed much. Opponents were catching the players in places where there were no totems. Players died under the towers and tried to ruin their lives by all means. But despite this, H2k had a significant advantage in gold thanks to the excellent farm, dragons and towers, which were available in the team’s reserve.
At one point it seemed that H2k had planned to lose this game intentionally, but no way. Only two battles (one was near Baron Nashor and the other – at the enemy base) returned the advantage and confidence of winning to H2k. n! faculty should be commended for trying to win this game, but their opponents punished very painfully for the mistakes.
