Bandai Namco has announced the date and location for the Red Bull DragonBall Fighterz World Tour Finals. The tournament will hold from February 8-9 in Paris, France.

The event will bring the second  Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour to a close. Sixteen competitors and hundreds of fans from around the world will convene at the Pavillon Baltard to witness the crowning of their new king. Three spots go to the winners of the Saga events, 12 for those with the highest Worldwide Ranking points, and the final spot goes to the winner of the Last Chance Qualifier in Paris. Registrations for the LCQ will open on December 26, at 11 PM CET.

The three Saga winners are:

  • Goichi "GO1" Kishida (CYCLOPS athlete gaming) via EVO 2019
  • Dominique "SonicFox" McLean (Echo Fox) via Red Bull Spain 2019
  • Marwan "Wawa" Berthe (AS Monaco Esports) via Red Bull Japan 2019

Topping the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Rankings is Go1, followed by Shoji "Fenritti" Sho (CYCLOPS athlete gaming) with 1500 points. Sonic Fox and Wawa are second and third respectively, while the likes of Jon "dekillsage" Coello (Echo Fox), Ryota "Kazunoko" Inoue (Burning Core), Joan "Shanks" Namay Millones (Giants Gaming) follow.

The Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals 2019-2020 event features an $80,000 prize pool with 16 of the best players in the competition.
