Ubisoft has announced the creation of a new Rainbow Six Siege North American League, which will begin in late June.

The new tournament series will feature two major league divisions, a four-team Canadian league with an eight-team United States league. The Challengers League (minor league) has also changed to help upcoming stars climb up the ranks to compete in either the Canadian or US Divisions. The new North American League will have 28 teams competing in total, 12 major league teams, and 8 minor league teams per division.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, all matches will be played online, however, once it's safe to do so, the US Division matches will revert to an offline LAN format to be held in Las Vegas. At this point, the Canadian Division matches will remain an online affair.

While the four Canadian Division teams are yet to be announced, the remaining eight US Division teams have already been revealed. They are:

  • Spacestation Gaming
  • Team SoloMid
  • DarkZero Esports
  • eUnited
  • Oxygen Esports
  • Disrupt Gaming
  • Susquehanna Soniqs
  • Tempo Storm

The Rainbow Six Siege North American League with its two major divisions and their respective Challenger Leagues will make up the esports title's competitive scene.
