PSG.LGD will miss MDL Macau 2019

Remember the Hospital Major the Chongqing Major, when players were getting sick left right and center? It’s happening again as the top Chinese team PSG.LGD will have to miss MDL Macau because their offlaner Yang "Chalice" Shenyi has severe health issues.

Since PSG.LGD didn’t elect to replace their offlaner with a stand-in, Chalice might not be the only person who has a problem going to the event. The team has recently lost their mider, Lu "Somnus丶M" Yao, and finding a suitable replacement for him as well could be too cumbersome. By saving the trip to India, PSG.LGD get more time to prepare for DreamLeague S11, which sports bigger prize and DPC points.

MDL Macau 2019 takes place between February 20 and February 24. The event sports three qualified and five invited teams. The replacement of PSG.LGD hasn’t been announced yet.

We’ve mentioned earlier that EG will play in MDL Macau 2019 without SumaiL, who asked to for a vocation between the two Majors.
